Meetcosmoss Care Guide
Your Meetcosmoss wool sculptures are created to be admired, not played with.
With proper care, your handmade piece can remain beautiful for many years.
Follow these simple care tips to keep your sculpture looking its best.
Display with Care
Place your sculpture in a safe location where it will not be frequently touched or moved.
For best protection, we recommend displaying it behind glass and away from direct sunlight, which can affect the fibers over time.
Groom Gently
If the wool fibers become slightly messy, you can gently smooth them using a large needle.
If necessary, carefully trim stray fibers with small scissors.
Avoid pulling or tugging on the wool, as this may disturb the sculpture's shape.
Dust Removal
Avoid using damp cloths, tape, or sticky rollers.
Instead, remove dust using:
- A gentle puff of air
- A hairdryer on low / cool air setting
This will help keep the fibers clean without damaging the sculpture.
Handle Thoughtfully
Before touching your sculpture, please wash and dry your hands to prevent oils or dirt from transferring to the wool.
Handling the sculpture gently will help maintain its appearance and structure.
Enjoy Your Keepsake
Your Meetcosmoss sculpture is a handmade keepsake created to celebrate your beloved pet.
With proper care, it can remain a treasured memory for years to come.
