Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your Meetcosmoss sculpture arrives damaged or significantly different from the approved preview, please contact us at support@meetcosmoss.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review the situation and work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Custom-Made Items

All Meetcosmoss sculptures are handmade and custom-made based on the photos and instructions you provide. Because each piece is uniquely created for you, custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.

Creation Process

During the production process, we will share progress photos with you for confirmation. We carefully follow your instructions to ensure the final sculpture closely represents your pet.

Modifications

If minor adjustments are needed after delivery, you may return the sculpture to us at your own shipping cost for modification. Once we receive the sculpture, we will make reasonable adjustments to improve the result.

Order Payment & Cancellation

To reserve your spot on our waiting list, full payment or installment payment may be required. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible due to the time and materials invested in creating your custom sculpture.

Because each sculpture is handmade and customized, slight artistic differences may occur and do not qualify as defects.
